How was it made?What is the main message?What questions do you have?

I think the picuture was made with different elements of different pictures added as layers. Probably there was first a black background, then the picture with the baby was added , then on another layer the table ...and so on...

The message might be how much little babies need to eat or how big their hunger can be.

I was wondering if the candles already stood on the table and if not how we can add them that they look as real as if they really would be there. I also was wondering the same thing about the plate.
